DESIGN NOTE

Bow neck maxi dress with ruffle hem detail. This dress is cut on the bias and consumes 12.5 meters of hand-dyed 100% cotton voile fabric and takes 15 hours sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the cascading tiers. Finished with French seams.
